茶葉を取り出すタイミングで味の濃さが変わるのでお好みで調整して下さい。
紅茶に含まれている主な成分は、タンニン・カフェイン・テアニンなどが挙げられます。
タンニンはポリフェノールの一種で抗がん性・抗酸化性・抗菌性の作用を持つだけでなく、鉄分の吸収を緩やかにする作用もあるとされています。
カフェインの代表格と言えばコーヒーですが、紅茶にも含まれています。
医薬品や清涼飲料水などに使われており、摂取後に運動すれば脂肪の排出を促し、ダイエット効果があるともいわれています。
ただし、カフェインは過剰摂取によって中毒症状を引き起こす可能性が指摘されているため、過度な摂取は注意が必要です。
