渋みが少なくまろやかな甘みを感じ飲んだあとは鼻に抜ける香りが絶品です。
リピートNO１商品です。ティーポットに３～４gの茶葉を入れ約９５℃約１８０～２００ccで 約１２０秒後最後の一滴まで抽出下さい。
茶葉を取り出すタイミングで 味の濃さが変わるのでお好みで調整して下さい。

紅茶に含まれている主な成分は、タンニン・カフェイン・テアニンなどが挙げられます。
タンニンはポリフェノールの一種で抗がん性・抗酸化性・抗菌性の作用を持つだけでなく、 鉄分の吸収を緩やかにする作用もあるとされています。
カフェインの代表格と言えばコーヒーですが、紅茶にも含まれています。
医薬品や清涼飲料水などに使われており、摂取後に運動すれば脂肪の排出を促し、 ダイエット効果があるともいわれています。
ただし、カフェインは過剰摂取によって 中毒症状を引き起こす可能性が指摘されているため、過度な摂取は注意が必要です。
健康な人では1日あたり200mg（紅茶4杯程度）であれば問題ないとされています。
テアニンは、たんぱく質に含まれているアミノ酸の一種で、血圧の上昇を抑えることや 脳・神経機能の調整に効果があるのでは、と期待されています。
